If you can't sign in to your RoyalPax Capital Bank accounts online through Personal Internet Banking (Online Banking) or the Mobile App, choose the option that fits your situation and follow the instructions to get back into your account.

Forgot Username

From royalpax.com, click Log On (top right corner), and then click the Forgot username? link and follow the onscreen instructions.

Forgot Password

From royalpax.com, click Log On (top right corner), enter your username and click Continue. Then click the Forgot password? link and follow the onscreen instructions.

Access to RoyalPax Capital Bank Online Banking is provided through a username, password, and optional security device. These security credentials can be used to access both Personal Internet Banking and the RoyalPax Capital Bank Mobile Banking App.

Create you own unique username and password

You create your own unique username and password during the 1-time self-registration process by clicking the REGISTER button on the top right hand corner of this page. Or you can download the RoyalPax Capital Bank Mobile Banking App and click the REGISTRATION button.

Register

To register, you’ll need your Social Security (or Tax ID) number, along with your existing RoyalPax Capital Bank ATM, credit or debit card number, and associated PIN. Or, you can securely identify yourself by providing your Electronic Banking Number (EBN) and associated 6-digit code. You’ll then be asked to create a unique username and password, and select a security device if desired.

You can pay bills using Online Banking (Personal Internet Banking and Mobile Banking). However, you can’t set up a Bill payee on Mobile.

Use the ‘Move Money’ option in Online Banking by following these steps:

1. Log on to Personal Internet Banking
2. Go to ‘My GTB’ and click ‘Pay or Transfer’
3. Select the account you’d like to pay from
4. Select who you want to pay by clicking the ‘My payees’ button
5. Enter the amount you want to pay
6. Enter a note in the reference section if desired
7. You now have the option of making this a one-time payment (‘Today’), a future dated payment (‘Later’), or a recurring payment (‘Recurring’)
   
8. To make a one-time payment, select ‘Today’
9. Select ‘Continue’
10. Review the Verification screen and select 'Confirm' to process the payment

Fees are based on your account type. For example, with some RoyalPax Capital Bank checking accounts you may be able to avoid the monthly maintenance fee if you maintain direct deposit or meet minimum balance requirements.

We’ll need your account details to determine what fees, if any, can be avoided.

Auto Payment – EZ Pay

You can pay your RoyalPax Capital Bank accounts automatically by enrolling in EZ Pay, our auto payment feature. To pay other non-RoyalPax Capital Bank bills, you can use our free Bill Pay service through Personal Internet Banking.

Personal Internet Banking

From an RoyalPax Capital Bank checking or savings account. 

1. Log on to Personal Internet Banking
2. Select the bank account you’d like to use to pay your credit card
3. Click ‘Move Money’
4. Select your RoyalPax Capital Bank Credit Card account from ‘Move Money to’ dropdown
   

From a non-RoyalPax Capital Bank checking or savings account.

1. Log on and select your RoyalPax Capital Bank Credit Card
2. Click ‘My Account’
3. Then select ‘Payments’ and ‘Make a Payment’                             

Telephone

You can make payments to your credit card from an RoyalPax Capital Bank account or account with another financial institution using the automated phone system. Just call the number on the back of your RoyalPax Capital Bank credit card.

By Mail

Fill in your remittance stub and mail it along with your payment to the address provided:

You can submit an online application for many of our accounts. From royalpax.com, click on ‘Banking’ and choose any of the following:

• CDs
• Debit Cards

From there, click the ‘Apply Now’ button.

Note: Give yourself about 15-20 minutes to complete the application.
 

What do I need to apply online?

To apply online you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a Social Security Number
• Have a Global residential address

What information do I need to open an account?

When you're applying for a deposit account or credit card you'll need the following information:

• Social Security Number
• Email Address
• Global driver's license, Global non-driver ID card, Global learner permit, passport, or Green Card
• Date of Birth
• Employment information
• Bank account and routing number for electronic funds transfer (deposit only)
• Telephone Number
• Global residential address
• Form W-9 Tax Certification requirements (deposit only)

Please note: The deposit application is an individual application only. Once your account is open, you can add a joint account holder to a checking or savings account.

You can close your credit card account at any time by:

• Calling the number on the back of your card
• Mailing your request to the Billing Inquiries address on your billing statement
• Using the BankMail feature in Personal Internet Banking

You can close your deposit account at any time by:

• Calling RoyalPax Capital Bank Customer Service at info@royalpax.com
• Visiting a branch – Find a branch
• Using the BankMail feature in Personal Internet Banking

Personal Internet Banking allows you to transfer money between your RoyalPax Capital Bank accounts, your non-RoyalPax Capital Bank bank accounts, and to other accounts at banks around the world.

A. Bank-to-Bank Transfers

If the sending and receiving bank accounts are both in your name, and are at Global banks, you can transfer funds between your eligible RoyalPax Capital Bank and non-RoyalPax Capital Bank accounts using Bank-to-Bank Transfers.

1. Log On to Personal Internet Banking
2. Under the 'Move Money' section, click
   'Bank-to-Bank Transfers' on the left
3. Accept the pop-up notification - this allows you to enter the Bank-to-Bank Transfer function
4. Enter you amount
5. Select account to transfer from
6. Select account to transfer to
7. Select 'Send on Date'
8. Press 'Continue' and follow the onscreen instructions

B. Funds (Wire) Transfer

You can also transfer funds between domestic and foreign banks by Funds Transfers, more commonly known as a Wire Transfer. The owner of the account who is sending the funds will need to initiate the transfer request.

The following recipient information is needed:

1. Recipient’s Personal Information

• Full Name
• Address
• Phone Number (if known)
   

2. Recipient’s Bank Account Details

• Bank account number (checking or savings account number)
• Bank's full name and address
   

3. Recipient's Banking System Details

•  System to be used such as ABA Routing Number, Fedwire Number,         SWIFT, or CHIPS 
• Institution number (ABA Routing #123456789, for example)

C. Money Transfer Fees

Fees from the financial institution you transfer funds to and from may apply, in addition to fees RoyalPax Capital Bank may charge. RoyalPax Capital Bank is not responsible for these charges.

Making a wire transfer

You can make a wire transfer online through Personal Internet Banking by following these steps:

1. Log on to Personal Internet Banking
2. Hover over the 'My RoyalPax Capital Bank' tab at the top left and click 'Pay or transfer' under the 'Move Money' section
3. Select the account you want to make a payment from, then click the 'New Payee' tab
4.  Click the 'Wire transfer' tab and follow the onscreen instructions to complete the wire transfer request form
